Slow-Paced Yoga is designed for students who would prefer and/or benefit from a moderate, more slowly paced, less vigorous class.

This level is also ideal for beginners, and is sequenced without inverted poses

Yoga props are used in these lessons. You will need a non-slip mat, a chair and a yoga strap
